Person Fields Admin Screen

The Person Fields screen allows users with administrative privileges to configure options for Person Feed Relationship Attributes. For more details, see Data Feeds Admin Screen. To view the Person data feed spec, see Data Feed Specifications & FAQ.

1. Click ADMIN SETTINGS > CONFIGURATION > PERSON FIELDS.

2. Click EDIT.

Person Fields Configuration

The Person feed will only allow values to be populated in Entity 1, Entity 2 or Entity 3 if there is an associated Entity Type. For each configured entity, the system creates a person relationship attribute, based on the Role and Entity Type provided. Selections will apply to all users globally.

1. Use the Entity Type drop-downs to associate each Entity field with a Emburse Enterprise entity type.

2. Use the Role drop-downs to associate each Entity Type with a Role.

3. Click SAVE.
